10% discount on approved handyman add-on projects

Swapping out HVAC air filters (standard filters included)

Terms & Conditions
The Healthy Home Maintenance Program has a few important terms to be aware of.
Scheduling & Visits
Four visits per year are scheduled in advance. Add-on handyman work must be requested during scheduling so it can be quoted and performed the same day. Revive Works may adjust visit dates if needed due to weather or staffing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations are forfeited and will not be credited or rolled over.
Initial Site Visit
Every membership begins with a walkthrough to document filters, appliances, and recurring needs so visits can be tailored to your home.
Access & Safety
A homeowner or authorized adult must be present unless other arrangements are made. Pets must be secured, and service areas must be accessible and safe.
Warranty & Liability
Workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by other parties. Liability is limited to the remedies outlined in the full Terms & Conditions.
